  1. Boosts exercise endurance is nice, but I also recommend guys to drink green tea before making love if they want to have a lot of energy to be making love for hours, so that is another great benefit.

I have been looking for the best tea to use for weight loss but I am not able to have caffeine. I have heard a few things about some other kinds of tea such as Red teas but aren’t sure if they really work.
