One of our favorite treats everyday is our green smoothie. If you are trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, give this Healthy Green Smoothie a go- they are great as a snack, or as fuel after a workout. They are an easy way to get more leafy greens (our favorite reasons why are here) into your diet, some fiber, and important vitamins!
Healthy Green Smoothie Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, fresh (tightly packed) or frozen
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup berries
- 1 banana
TIP: Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold 🙂
