Tilapia Piccata
Tilapia Piccata is a healthy and fresh way to add lean protein to your diet. Chef Jovi’s recipe will please your guests and satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients:
  • 4(6 once) Tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Almond Meal
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbs drained and chopped capers
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 4 cups of baby spinach
  • 1  cup of brown rice
Preparation:
        1. In saucepan combine  water bring to broil add the brown rice, 1/4 tsp salt , and 1/8 tsp  pepper for 20 minutes
        2. Sprinkle the fish with the remaining of salt and pepper and coat the with the almond meal
        3. Heat the oil in non stick frying pan over a medium high heat
        4. Add fish and cook  for about 2 minute each side
        5. Add the wine, lemon juice and zest and capers to the pan
        6. Cook for 1 minute and then add the butter
        7. Stir until the coconut oil melts
        8. Remove the fish and the sauce and keep warm
        9. Add the spinach to the pan, sauté until it is wilted

I want every dish to be a new experience but carries the same level of fun health that I am known for. One day I plan on opening my own resturant that will be the embodiment of what I stand for and believe in. Along with this I also plan on creating one of the most memorable night clubs the world has ever known. But these locations will not target a singular group or demographic. Instead I want the entire family to enjoy my creation I promise that once you experince my lifestyle, once you become apart of my journey, once you experience the food the fun and the family entertainment, you will see the lasting legacy I am creating. Steadily raising the bar of our expectations and aspirations just a little higher and a little out of our reach cause us to stretch out of our comfort zone. As we stretch out of our comfort zone we stretch our potential, as a result our potential steadily grows and will never return to its previous size.
