Now Samir Becic and the HFR institute have poured over all the data on female singers to rank the top fittest of 2017, and you can also look over our previous list. We used a combination of interviews, internet, library, industry literature, and Samir’s knowledge of over 20 years as a fitness industry expert coupled with his experience as a four-time No. 1 Fitness Trainer in the world. We started with the top 100, narrowed it down to 50, 25, and then these final 10.

Here’s our list of the fittest female singers of 2017:

Tina Turner – 77


Seventy-seven never looked so good. Tina Turner’s half-century music career has made her an unforgettable legacy. Her wrinkle-free face, fit legs and slim figure further distinguish this singer on the stage.

Tina’s devotion to exercise has revealed itself through her trimmed waist. She enjoys exercising in the comfort of her own home. Tina typically uses the stairs for exercise, walking up and down them for a total of 10 miles. This sensational singer is also a fan of steam rooms and saunas, which is a great way to release built up bodily toxins.

As far as her diet is concerned, Tina only consumes only two meals a day, primarily because she spends a lot of her day sleeping. Tina has always been a lover of healthy foods. For breakfast, she stays energized with healthy fruit like kiwi and melon.

 

Nicole Scherzinger – 38


Former Pussycat Dolls star, Nicole Scherzinger, effortlessly emits sex appeal with her exotic features and banging body. Her toned and trimmed body is a direct result of her love of dancing. Nicole’s diet today is comprised of nutrient dense foods. She consumes 6 small meals a day and makes a conscious effort to avoid refined carbs such as chocolate and pasta.

Madonna is a legendary singer and entertainer. Even at 58, she maintains a sensational physique that women of all age groups aspire to have. This worldwide famous singer makes fitness a priority in her life. She also advocates fitness to her fans with her very own a chain of worldwide fitness centers. Madonna’s level of dedication to staying in shape requires an unlimited source of self-motivation. It takes dedication to exercise, eat right (macrobiotic diet), and sleep responsibly.
