If you’ve been around me long enough, you know the peach is one of the most requested areas to work! Today I’m focusing on a booty burnout inspired by the new Peach Vibe flavor of @CELSIUSofficial. SO. GOOD. Grab a booty band if you have one (and even if you don’t), here’s the circuit I want you to try every other day for at least a week (bonus points for 2!) to start reaping its benefits: 🍑 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗚𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘: Lie flat, bend your knees with your feet close to your peach, and lift your butt so that your back to your knees creates a 45-degree angle. Squeeze your glutes, engage your core, and perform 3 small pumps outward. Slowly lower back to starting position, then repeat for the length of the interval. ROUND 1: 60 seconds ROUND 2: 45 seconds ROUND 3: 30 seconds 🍑 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪: Your peach, like your core, actually supports your extremities. Strong glutes can help minimize knee and hip pain and mitigate your chance of injury. When someone on my squad tells me they’re feeling it in their lower joints (NO BUENO!), one of the first things I have them do is start working their bum. You’ll be amazed to see and FEEL the changes it makes. #CELSIUSLiveFit #CELSIUSbrandpartner #StoneTone #StoneSquad #peachvibe #glutesworkout #bootygains #FitnessFriday

If you’re looking for some new chest or core exercises to add to your workouts, give these a try! Video 1: Fly pushups (if you don’t have furniture movers, you can use a dish cloth or paper towels and do this movement on hardwood or tile floor). Video 2: Hand-Release pushups (throw on a weighted vest if you want to make it more difficult). Video 3: Knee Twist-ins (if these are too difficult, bring your knee in straight instead of across your torso). Video 4: Pushup Ankle Taps (if these are too difficult, try with your hands elevated/placed on a higher surface). Video 5: Plank Circuit Pushups (if this movement is too advanced, take out the shoulder taps and/or arm raises). 10-20 reps of each exercise. You can perform these as an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) or EMOM (every minute on the minute) circuit for 20-30 minutes 💪🏼 . . . 👕: @genuinevalentine . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #homeworkout #bodyweightworkout #weightedvestworkout #WOD #AMRAP #EMOM #chestworkout #coreworkout #chestday #pushups #quarantineworkout #andrewchristian #actrophyboy #trophyboy #nutrex #nutrexresearch #trans #transgender #transman #transguy #ftm #transathlete #transfitness #ftmfitness
