Health Fitness Revolution appreciates that kids are our future – and we all want them to have a balanced, healthy one.  Good habits start at a young age and if we encourage our children to be happy, healthy, fit, social, and educated, they will carry these values not only throughout their lives, but it will pass to the next generation.   • Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday
  • Join a team sport to spend time with your friends in a healthy way
  • Get a physical, active hobby that you enjoy
  • Read every day
  • Have a vegetable and a fruit with every meal

  • Stay away from energy drinks
  • Respect and listen to your parents and teachers
  • Find a hero to look up to and act like them
