The 4th annual Lakewood Total Life Challenge held with Houston’s Lakewood Church Fitness Program, was successfully completed with many participants’ lives changed for the better in terms of losing weight, improving health, and fighting ailments directly connected to unhealthy lifestyle and obesity.
Lakewood awarded two VitaMix products for the best improved participants of the challenge, while all other participants were offered VitaMix products at 50% off retail price.

More than 20 testimonies were shared, which the judges used to determine the winners.
All participants of the challenge can continue to improve their health and fitness through five health and fitness classes that Lakewood offers every week.
