  • Drinks diet coke instead of alcohol
  • No longer uses drugs
  • Eats lots of vegetables and fresh fruit
  • Ran 4 miles a day on a treadmill when he first started working out
  • Slowly worked his way up to 10 miles and then 17 miles
  • Hired a trainer
  • Lifts weights
