iWi Omega-3 company steps up again by donating 500 bottles to the Harris County Sheriffs Office! Last month, Houston’s official “Fitness Czar” released a call-to-action urging supplement companies to donate immune-boosting vitamins and minerals to the city’s first responders who are at the forefront of combatting the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The first company committing, without any hesitation, to 2000 bottles of Omega3s for the Houston Police Department and Houston Fire Department was Houston’s own iWi. Your contribution is noble and will help our city during this critical time. Even though your company is still growing, your generous donation is a testament to its great vision and heart. Houston appreciates your support!” says HFR founder Samir.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic grips the United States, we need to keep in mind the heroes that are keeping us healthy and safe- the first responders, doctors, nurses, and medical staff that are working overtime. Our first responders are on the front line of both helping us and keeping us safe while also being inadvertently exposed to the Coronavirus, risking infection. As such, we need to do everything in our power to keep them healthy!

“After closely monitoring what’s going on in Italy, Spain, and other countries, we believe the US is going to be facing similar challenges and situations. Because all of us and our families depend on our First Responders, we would like to make a small donation that provides them with one of the main nutrients that can help to boost their immune system. High absorption, plant-based Omega3” said Miguel Calatayud, iWi’s CEO.
