  1. I totally agree that patience is one of the most important factors to consider when it comes to sporting and fitness. I have gained some weight after my pregnancy and I believe that fitness will help me to keep fit and return my previous body shape. I think that I will hire a personal fitness trainer as I do not have much experience in doing fitness myself, so I hope that his professional approach will help me!
