I’m gonna get it!!…. I’ve been working on my inversions with @bethefittest since we started working together. Rather than having “weight” or “size” goals (I’ve BEEN done with obsessing about that stuff for a minute), I have strength goals like… I wana be able to do a handstand, or a pincha mayurasana (pictured here but up against the wall) or be able to do pull ups (still a work in progress 🤣😬🙄). But basically we run drills and do strength work that help me reach these goals. Not gonna lie…. THEY SUCK! My shoulders HATE me afterwards…. BUT! My feeble shoulders are getting less and less feeble…. and your girl is holding handstands and pinchas for like 2 seconds away from the wall when before I couldn’t hold either one even with the wall…. slowly but surely….
