  1. There are a lot of great benefits from taking a self defense class. I would think that knowing how to protect yourself and others would be the best reason to take a class. I like the idea of knowing new things that can help you.

  2. Great list of reasons to learn self-defense. I agree that one of the most important reasons is safety. I think that most people think about taking a defense class if they want to stay safe or keep someone else safe. This is probably helpful when walking down a dark street or alleyway.

I’ve talked with my sister about taking a self defense course, because I would love for her to be safe and feel safe while she’s out.
