  1. I kind of stumbled upon using the steam room. I was on the tail end of a sinus infection, so after my workout I went in the steam room. Wow, what a difference. I felt 1000% better and now my allergies/sinuses feel so much better. Also, I workout really hard and I noticed that after using the steam room I didn’t have as much muscle soreness as I usually do. I only wish I had been doing this for years before now.
