  4. I do like how you mentioned that doing sports could potentially save my twins from childhood obesity as it is a growing problem in our society. That sounds perfect as being overweight would surely pose a great problem for them once they grow up to their teenage years. The problem being with their peers and even their from own health.   5. I didn’t know that the more exercise done before puberty the more bone mass you would have. My son is wanting to get involved in a sports team but since he isn’t old enough to play for a school I wasn’t sure how to make this happen for him. I am going to go do some research on recreational teams he can join so he can get on the field and get his energy out.
