  1. My daughter has wanted to play volleyball and has been looking for a place to play. You mentioned that “you expend the same amount of energy spent jogging a mile by playing a vigorous 12-minute game of volleyball. I didn’t realize that the sport was that physically active. I wonder if the local rec centers offer leagues she could play in.

  3. Thank you for posting about volleyball. I can definitely see how playing this sport would help you with your eye-hand coordination. I understand that you can develop really good skills when playing sports but with volleyball, you can also come to develop some muscle memory that would help you be better at what you do. I will make sure to keep this in mind as I start playing volleyball.
