We have compiled a Fitness Bucket List, for all of you thrill-seekers out there. So here it is, we have supplied the challenges below, now the ball is in your court to obliterate them! A good goal is to try to knock each goal one by one:

  • 50 full push-ups, no breaks
  • 20 pull-ups
  • Run in a 10K
  • Swim 1/4 of a mile
  • Bike 25 miles
  • Master 3 complicated Yoga Positions
  • Hold a plank for 3 minutes
  • 100 consecutive squats
  • Take the stairs up a 50 floor building
  • Participate in a mini-traithlon
  • Participate in an obstacle race
  • Climb a Rockwall
  • Do a one-handed push-up
  • Run in the rain
  • Learn to Surf
  • Do a Mud Run
  • Hike to the top of a Mountain
