Houston’s official Fitness Czar, Samir Becic, recently attended the FBI Citizens Academy, where he met with Special Agent in Charge Douglas A. Williams of the FBI’s Houston Field Office. The event, hosted in partnership with the FBI Houston Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIHCAAA), serves to strengthen relationships between federal law enforcement and the local community by offering leaders a behind-the-scenes look at the Bureau’s mission and operations.
Becic, a nationally recognized health and fitness advocate, praised the FBI’s professionalism and dedication to public safety, sharing his admiration for the agency’s efforts:

Williams, who brings over two decades of experience to his leadership of the Houston Field Office, has served in key roles across multiple FBI divisions, including investigations into violent crime, transnational threats, civil rights violations, and public corruption.
