    • We recommend everything in moderation- so squeezing some lemon juice in lemon water in the morning should have no adverse affects on you or the baby. However, if you feel odd when you drink or eat lemons, you might have an allergy, and we recommend you consult a doctor.

  1. I have been drinking lemon water on empty stomach in the morning. However, i have terrible body aches. Is this temporary or should i stop lemon water? Does anyone else have this problem?

  2. I drink the juice of half a lemon in water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I use one half and save the other half in an air tight container in the refrigerator to use the following morning. I would like to know….
    1. would it be better to use the whole lemon?
    2. How long should I wait after drinking the lemon water before I have coffee and or food?
    3. is it alright to take probiotics with lemon water, or does the acid in the lemon juice destroy the probiotic?

  3. I slice an entire lemon and place it in a 2l bottle with water and let it stand overnight. I drink the entire 2l cold every day. Is this bad?

  7. Basically lemon is acidic in nature drinking lemon water in morning is good for health, As lemon water having alkaline effects on body. But sometimes due to less or more lemon juice quantity it effect on body and we see different different results for everyone. I will suggest you all that you can switch to drinking Kangen alkaline water which is the rich source of minerals and helps to reduce body acidity level. It gives us exact pH value drinking water for better health.
